An image is the set of beliefs, ideas, and impression that a person holds regarding an object.
It is an aggregate of beliefs, ideas, and impressions that a customer holds regarding the brand. A brand can be perceived differently by different customers. Hence, the formation of a consistent brand image is a huge task for any business. Every Company strives to build a strong image as it helps in fulfilling their business motives.
Brand identity is how the company portrays itself to the customers. It’s how the brand wants the customer to perceive it. Brand image, on the other hand, is how the customers actually perceive the brand. The company has less control over the brand image and always strive to align the brand image with the desired brand identity.
Ensure everyone knows their responsibilities of performing the sorting, organizing and cleaning. Use photos and visual controls to help keep everything as it should be. Review the status of 5S implementation regularly using audit checklists. Shitsuke or sustain the developed processes by self-discipline of the workers.
