Gyptian is currently single and is living in Jamaica. Originally born in Werneth, Oldham. He later on moved to Jamaica. In June 2006 his twin sons died after being born prematurely. On 8 June 2010, he crashed his motorbike and sustained minor head and shoulder injuries.
