GARDENS [ˈɡärd(ə)n]
Garden [N] Gardens in the East, as the Hebrew word indicates, are enclosures on the outskirts of towns, planted with various trees and shrubs. From the allusions in the Bible we learn that they were surrounded by hedges of thorn, ( Isaiah 5:5 ) or walls of stone.
TRe: What does in the garden mean ? Gardening is a euphemism for staying on the sidelines and not actively applying for additional credit . Often, the user is just making a concerted effort to paying off their bills and/or looking for goodwill from companies to improve their credit worthiness.
Most gardens consist of a mix of natural and constructed elements, although even very 'natural' gardens are always an inherently artificial creation. Natural elements present in a garden principally comprise flora (such as trees and weeds), fauna (such as arthropods and birds), soil, water, air and light.
In most areas, they can be planted two to four weeks before the last spring frost. These crops often are those that develop edible roots, stems, leaves, or buds, such as potatoes, broccoli, and spinach. Cool-season vegetables are unique in that their seeds germinate best in cool soil.
